1.       All registrants sharing a room must register on the same form. Up to four people can register on this form. Your registration will be confirmed by mail or email.

2.       There are no charges for sales or hotel tax.  Those taking a Room Package may take the room for Thursday and/or Sunday night at an additional rate of $118.00 per night, per room.  To register for a hotel room, by law, at least one hotel registrant must be at least 21 years old.

3.       Alateens Only:  Alateens between the ages of 10-19 are welcome to participate in the Discovery Convention.  Convention Fee is free. Please deduct the Convention Fee from all Plan and Package prices for each Alateen Registration.  A parent or guardian must accompany all Alateens.  Children under 10 years of age are not permitted at the Discovery Convention.

4.       Make checks or money orders payable (U.S. Currency) to “Discovery 2010.” Full payment must accompany the registration form.  No credit cards accepted.  ALL cancellations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Walk-in registration and banquet sales at the Convention are cash only.  We encourage Walk-ins to Pre-Register and save $$$.  NO REFUNDS after July 2nd.  Returned check fees will be applied as needed.

5.       Banquet seating is pre-assigned.  All registrants using one form, or all registrations received in one envelope, will be seated at the same table whenever possible (maximum 10 people).  Please no exceptions.

6.       Participants with special dietary needs (such as Kosher, no salt, vegan, etc.), please indicate your needs in the space provided on this Registration Form.

7.       No alcohol is allowed at the Discovery Convention.  Smoking, food, and beverages are permitted in designated areas ONLY. No Pets are allowed at any convention events.

8.       Please pick up your registration package for the Discovery Convention upon arrival.

9.       Please bring a food donation for the Hospitality Room on the 2nd Floor.  A healthy snack or dessert would be greatly appreciated.  Please volunteer to set up, serve and clean-up.

10.    We suggest you bring a sweater as the hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly from the air conditioning.

Saturday:

·         Sunrise meeting           7:00 a.m.

·          Breakfast                      7:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. (There will be a “Speakers Briefing” at 9:00 a.m.; location to be announced.)

·         Registration                 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Banquet tickets sold until 12:00 noon.

·         Hospitality Room          7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

·         Meetings                       9:15 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. – Al-Anon, Alateen and AA meetings / English and Spanish

·         Banquet                        6:15 p.m.; Raffle Drawings 7:45 p.m.

·         Main Meeting                8:00 p.m. - Al-Anon and AA Speakers

·         Dance/Open Meetings   10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. / Al-Anon and AA

Sunday:

·         Sunrise meeting           7:00 a.m.

·         Breakfast                      8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

·         Hospitality Room          7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

·         Closing Meeting            10:30 a.m. - Al-Anon Spiritual Speaker
